Three apartment buildings in Hudson with 16 total units have sold for just over $1.8 million.
The sale of 98, 104 and 108 Apsley St. closed in April.
The buyer was a limited liability corporation managed by Lior Netzer of Lexington. The property was previously owned by Laurel Reynolds of Hingham.
The sale puts the price for each unit at about $113,000. The buildings were each constructed in 1922, according to town records.
