A Houston-based real estate developer has bought a parcel of vacant land at 867 Donald J. Lynch Boulevard for $7 million, according to public documents filed with the Middlesex South Registry Of Deeds.
The property, which appears to be a newly parceled piece of land, was sold by Solomon Pond Mall LLC to DLB Interests LLC. The deal closed June 16.
DLB Interests is registered to Quentin Hart under a Concord address, according to corporation filings with the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth. Quentin Hart leads the Boston offices for Houston-based real estate developer McCord Development.
Solomon Pond Mall LLC is registered to the Boston-based real estate developer and manager New England Development, whose projects span several well-known developments, including Allston Yards, concession management at Boston-Logan International Airport, and Auburn Village retail plaza.
