Hopkinton offices sell for $2.2M

A 21,000-square-foot office building on South Street in Hopkinton has sold for $2.2 million.
Tenants of the building include Electronic Fluorocarbons, Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects, Federal Concrete, Processing.com, software company ClearGov and the studio Sing, Dance, Act.
The sale was announced Friday by Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc., which brokered the sale. The firm did not disclose the buyer, but the building was owned by South Street Realty, according to town records.
The building at 239 South St. is just south of Dell EMC's headquarters. It was built in 2000 and was last assessed at just over $1.8 million.
