Hopkinton-based Pilgrim’s of New England, Inc. will operate under the name of Venture Sales Group LLC by way of an agreement signed with Venture Sales Group New England, the Boston Business Journal reports.
The two companies will represent $400 million in food-service sales in New England. On an annual basis, Pilgrim’s of New England completes between $150 million and $250 million in sales. The newly-named company will continue to operate out of Pilgrim’s Hopkinton digs, the report said.
Pilgrim’s president Richard Hills and other managing partners will lead Venture Sales Group in New England.
