The Communities at Golden Pond, an assisted living community in Hopkinton, is set to open a 55-unit expansion this month.
The center, at 50 W. Main St., will be opening a new wing called the Lofts to add to the community’s existing units and amenities including two dining rooms, a library, a cinema, salon, fitness center and other amenities.
The community, which sits on 11 acres, offers assisted living options for residents with Alzheimer’s disease, other dementias, movement disorders and behavioral health needs.
The facility opened in 1992 with 169 units.
