The HomeGoods division of Framingham retail parent TJX Cos. launched its new digital tool to help consumers with their home design projects.
The new technology. HomeGoods Dream Vibes, will suggest home decor and design ideas based on clients' answers to specific questions.
The HomeGood Dream Vibes works when users enter descriptions of their dream home via text or voice-to-text then answer a series of multiple choice questions, which are decoded by an algorithm. The algorithm then reveals decor suggestions and design ideas, according to HomeGoods’ Tuesday press release.
For the launch of HomeGoods’ new digital tool, the company has partnered with TV personality Tyler Cameron of ABC's "The Bachelorette" and FOX's "Dirty Dancing" fame.
"HomeGoods inspires its customers to discover unexpected finds they didn't even know they wanted," said Sarah Ajamian, manager of marketing at HomeGoods. "We created Dream Vibes to spark new home design inspiration, and we can't wait to see how consumers will use their dreams to help breathe new life into their favorite spaces."
