Holliston warehouse sells for $2.8M

A building at 56 Lowland St. has sold for $2.8 million to Tech Trust LLC.
A 45,000 square-foot warehouse and manufacturing building in Holliston has sold for just over $2.8 million.
The sale, which closed Sept. 27, put the 4-acre property at 56 Lowland St. in the hands of Tech Trust LLC, an entity registered to a Lance LaFave of Natick.
The property was sold by Lowland Street LLC, an entity registered to Norman and Peter MacDonald of Franklin.
The sale was brokered by Bret O'Brien and Ben Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, which announced the transaction. Three buyers were bidding over asking price within two weeks of listing the property, they said.
The property was last assessed at just under $1.8 million.
