The owner of Holliston-based device manufacturer Highland Laboratories purchased a 9,000-square-foot building in Holliston for $625,000.
Bret O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc. represented Peter Lewis, owner of Highland Laboratories in the sale. Healard Machine previously occupied the building, located at 163 Woodland St. in Holliston.
Both companies make machine or component pieces. Highland Labs, which used to rent space on Pope Road in Holliston, manufactures dispensers, valves and scales that are used in the medical and veterinary fields.
