A former textile mill converted into a three-story office building with multiple tenants has been sold for $1.4 million, according to Marlborough-based Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc., which brokered the deal.
Water Street Mill Corp. sold the Water Street building in a $1.4 million, all-cash transaction to 13-23 Water Street LLC, which is registered to Chris Berardi of Newton. The sale also included a smaller three-story office building adjacent to the former mill building.
The building is 89 percent occupied and has an anticipated net income of $148,000.
