Holliston industrial park sold for $6M

Pope Industrial Park, a 33.88-acre, 11-parcel campus in Holliston, has been sold to the owner of an Ashland exterior home and building improvement company for $6 million.

The industrial park located off Route 16 was sold in a deal finalized on Wednesday by Holliston-based Braggville LLC, according to Middlesex South Registry of Deeds records. Braggville is managed by John Breslouf of Acton and Daniel King of Holliston, according to filings with the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth.

Pope Industrial Park was purchased by an entity managed by John Dudley, president of United Home Experts in Ashland.

Built around 1970, the nine-building complex has 16 tenants and includes a billboard and cell tower, according to a brochure for the property produced by Northborough-based Greater Boston Commercial Properties. About 22 acres of undeveloped land sits at the rear of the industrial park.

Tenants at the site include Mark’s Pianos, ABT Machine Co. auto machine shop, and Advanced Metal Systems, a distributor and installer of architectural panels, according to Google Maps listings.

Combined, the 11 properties involved in the transaction were given a tax assessment value of $6.28 million for 2024, according to Town of Holliston property records.
