Holliston manufacturer, Harvard Bioscience, Inc. named Jennifer Cote as the company’s chief financial officer and treasurer following the resignation of Michael Rossi, according to a Monday press release from the company.
Cote will become CFO effective Dec. 31. She currently serves as the company’s vice president of global finance.
Michael Rossi will remain with Harvard Bioscience through May 10 to help with the transition.
“Since joining us in 2019, Mike has served as a trusted partner and an integral member of the Harvard Bioscience executive management team,” Chairman and CEO Jim Green said in a statement. “In addition to building a strong finance team and helping to navigate a challenging operating environment, Mike has played a key role in our company’s strategic transformation.”
According to company filings, Rossi received just over $800,000 in total compensation in 2021.
As of Tuesday morning, Harvard Bioscience, which manufactures scientific instruments used in biomedical research and trades on the NASDAQ, has a market cap of $109.6 million. The company reported $119 million in revenue in 2021.
