Playa del Carmen, a Mexican family restaurant in Holden, has been rebranded with the name of the Spencer restaurant whose owners bought it recently, Mexicali Fresh Mex Grill, according to a statement from that company.
Mexicali has been operating the Spencer site under that name since May 2011. It’s scheduled to open a third restaurant next month in Ware, the company said.
