Oriol Health Care of Holden has hired Worcester resident Diane Dattis as the director of social services at Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, one of the company’s two facilities.
Dattis, a licensed social worker, graduated from Westfield State University and has 30 years of experience working in local skilled nursing facilities.
Also joining Oriol in Holden is Shayna Smith, providing speech therapy in the short-term, long-term and respiratory care units. Smith has a master of arts in speech-language pathology from Ball State University in Indiana. She has been working with adult and geriatric patients with speech, language, swallowing and cognitive deficits for more than five years, and previously worked at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital in Worcester.
Oriol Health Care operates another facility, Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing in West Boylston.
