Firehouse Management LLC purchased an historic 16,950-square-foot Marlborough building on May 13 for $1.3 million, according to deed records.
The building, located at 91 Main Street, was sold by Fire Station Investment Trust. It is an historic landmark and has served over the years as a  courthouse, police station and fire station.
The fully-renovated brick building was 100 percent leased to nine tenants, including anchor tenant Vin Bin on the first floor and Marlboro Cable on the second floor, according to a statement from Greater Boston Commercial Properties, which represented Firehouse Management.
The transaction was financed by Marlboro Savings Bank, with Prudential Prime Real Estate of Maynard representing the sellers.
