Highland-March Office Business Centers in Westborough, which provides flexible office space to entrepreneurs and corporate clients, has hired Cynthia Thompson as a client services associate.
Thompson previously worked in real estate sales, marketing and agent management in Pennsylvania and Connecticut since 1993. Before that, she worked in special education serving children with autism.
