Health New England has rebranded itself with the new tagline of “where you matter,” complete with a new logo and website.
The new look reflects an ongoing commitment to the company’s customers, according to Steven Webster, the director or marketing and digital strategy for Health New England (HNE). HNE will continue to offer health plans across its three lines of business of commercial, Medicare and Medicaid. The new branding will have no impact on the current plans or benefits available to members.
Health New England’s new public website (healthnewengland.org) offers a contemporary design, updated content and simplified navigation. Last fall, Health New England re-launched its member portal, my.healthnewengland.org, offering new tools and information to help members manage their health care.
Based in Springfield, Health New England is a non-profit health plan serving members in Massachusetts and Connecticut. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baystate Health.
