The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts is inviting organizations to apply for grants through its 2018 Activation Fund, according to a statement issued Tuesday.
The Activation Fund supports discrete, one-year projects demonstrating innovative approaches to addressing community health needs in the region, while increasing an organization’s capacity and effectiveness, the Health Foundation said.
Activation Fund grants range from $10,000 to $100,000. Last year, 11 grants were awarded, with the average grant totaling about $63,000. Those interested in applying should visit the Foundation website and attend an in-person or online information session for details including guidelines, deadlines and examples of previous grants.
