The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts is inviting new grant applications for its Activation Fund in 2017.
The Activation Fund supports one-year projects in Central Massachusetts that demonstrate innovative approaches to community health concerns; help organizations increase capacity and effectiveness, or explore emerging health challenges and opportunities, according to a statement from The Health Foundation on Tuesday.
Activation Fund grants have ranged from roughly $10,000 to $100,000, with the average grant in 2015 totaling about $71,000. About $500,000 has been allocated for this year’s round of projects. For more information, visit www.hfcm.org.
