Health care information technology firm Park Place International recently leased 17,849 square feet in the Marlborough Gateway Business Park.
According to Avison Young, a firm that helped broker the January deal, the 100 Crowley Dr. location is Park Place’s new U.S. headquarters.
Park Place is 9-year-old, privately held company specializes in the MEDITECH Healthcare Information System helping hospitals achieve operational sustainability. The firm offers on-premise and cloud-based solutions and services, enabling hospitals to create customized solutions that meet their requirements.
Park Place CEO Dick Fitzpatrick said the choice to sign the 66-month least at the business park was due to its close proximity to MEDITECH, a Westwood electronic health records firm, with operations in Framingham, and the company’s other partners.
The new, 100,000-square-foot building offers Class A office space. Avison Young’s Jack Kerrigan represented Park Place International and Bob McGuire of CBRE New England represented the landlord, First Colony Development.
