A workshop on the new Massachusetts Health Care Reform Law and its impact on artists and nonprofit cultural organizations is planned in Worcester next week.
The workshop will be held Wednesday at the Mass College of Pharmacy and Health Services at 19 Foster St. from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The Worcester meeting is the third in a series put together by the state’s Joint Committee on Tourism, Arts and Cultural Development.
“With these workshops we hope to create an opportunity to educate the arts community as well as to learn how this law affects people,” said Rep. Eric Turkington, D-Falmouth, who is co-chair of the committee.
