A Harvey Building Products facility in an industrial area off Water Street in Fitchburg has sold for $3.2 million.
The seller is Harvey Propco LLC, which is registered to the Waltham headquarters of Harvey Building Products, a chain of 13 showrooms and 36 warehouse locations along the East Coast selling windows, doors and other home building products. The Fitchburg location at 133 Benson St. is one of the company's warehouses.
The buyer is AGNL Pane LLC, a corporation registered to the New York address of the investment firm Angelo Gordon. The firm says it targets undervalued properties in the United States, Europe and Asia.
The sale closed Oct. 25.
The 3.6-acre property, with a 41,000-square-foot building, was last assessed at just under $1.1 million.
