14 Harvard St., a 4,302 square-foot office building, has been sold by Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates Inc. in Worcester.
The building will serve as the new headquarters for the law offices of McGuire & McGuire, P.C., a Worcester-based law firm. Handling the listing side of the deal were Paul Matt and Will Kelleher, both of Kelleher & Sadowsky. Peter Dunn of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the buyer.
