A commercially-zoned lot and building in Harvard have been sold for $600,000.
The property at 187 Ayer Road in Harvard was sold by the Brown Family Trust to Thampy Kurian, according to a release from Concord-based O’Brien Commercial Properties, which represented the seller and procured the buyer.
The sale includes a 2.8-acre, commercially-zoned lot and a 4,800-square-foot building.
The location is considered a critical component of retail master plans for the Harvard commercial district, according to O’Brien Commercial Properties, which did not disclose the purchaser’s planned use for the location.
