Holliston life sciences company Harvard Bioscience has elected James Green, the former president and CEO of Analogic Corp., as its new board chairman.
Green, a board member for Harvard Bioscience since 2015, was put in the board’s top post effective Monday. He replaces Earl Lewis, who was chairman since 2013 and has been on the board since 2000.
Green was the head of Analogic Corp., a Peabody medical and security imaging company, from 2007 to 2016. Prior to that, he was a regional vice president for Quest Diagnostics in California. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri at Columbia, a master in computer engineering from the University of Southern California, and is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program.
