Harrington HealthCare System is moving rehabilitation services at two locations to its new building in Charlton, the hospital announced.
Effective July 22, rehabilitation services at Harrington Hospital in Southbridge and at 10 N. Main St. in Charlton will be relocated to 20 Southbridge Rd. in Charlton. Patients will be able to receive physical and occupational therapy and audiology services there.
The new Route 169 facility, Harrington HealthCare at 169, opened earlier this year and also houses Harrington ophthalmologists Michael Border and Lisa Neavyn, as well as Harrington's Optical Shop.
"We are very excited about being able to put our Southbridge and Charlton rehabilitation services in a new, larger, more modern space," said Judy Carr, director of rehabilitation services at Harrington. "Our new facility has more parking, is more private, and is easily accessible, as it's located on the ground floor."
Harrington will also continue to offer rehabilitation services at its Cudworth Road location in Webster.
