Harrington HealthCare System has announced the election of new members, directors and officers for the coming year.
The Southbridge-based health care system held the election at its annual meeting on Oct. 25 and announced the new members today.
Deborah J. Boyd, of Fiskdale, and Randall Becker, of Webster, were elected to the board of directors.
Newly-elected officers to one-year terms include A. Jay Detarando, Chair who replaces outgoing chair James Waddick; Mark Palmerino, Vice Chair; Edward H. Moore, President; Randall Becker, Secretary and Thomas J. Sullivan, Treasurer.
New members elected to three-year terms expiring in 2019 include Randall Becker, Timothy Bent, the Honorable Timothy Bibaud, Michael Engel, Roxana Gomez-Vargas, Glenn Juchno, Pamela Leduc, Kevin Smith, Nataley Stanley, DMD and Steve Thebodo. Harrington HealthCare System includes Harrington Hospital in Southbridge, Harrington HealthCare at Webster and three major medical office buildings in Charlton and Spencer.
