Hanover Insurance expands healthcare reach
The Hanover Insurance Group, based in Worcester, has expanded its healthcare business into additional medical facilities while broadening its coverage for medical professionals, the company announced Monday.
The company has added new classes of healthcare medical facilities, including behavioral health and medical imaging, that will allow agents to grow their healthcare business, according to the company. The Hanover's agents also now have the ability to cover physicians and other advanced professionals.
The Hanover said in a release that it has invested in its healthcare team over the last year, including hiring underwriters in the healthcare industry.
