Habitat To Begin Two Local Projects

In recent days, Habitat for Humanity-MetroWest/Greater Worcester has begun its first project in the town of Boylston and has received donated land for a project in Millbury.

The Boylston project, a duplex, is being built on Old Mill Road Circle under the supervision of town resident Howard Drobner, the town's representative to the Central Mass Regional Planning Commission.

The Town of Millbury donated a parcel of land at 41 MacArthur Dr. to Habitat through the Millbury Housing Partnership, an organization that supports the development of affordable housing in town. That project will be supervised by Deb Kuczka, a long-time Habitat volunteer.

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit religious organization that builds affordable homes for low-income residents.
