Jamison Loizeaux, a former championship gymnast and owner of the Gymnastic Academy Of Boston, has purchased a property with three commercial buildings home to the Lenox Nursery & Garden Centerin Acton for $1.7 million.
A corporation registered to Loizeaux with the Massachusetts Secretary of Commonwealth -- Keefe Road Realty LLC of Northborough -- closed on the deal for the buildings at 1 Keefe Road on Dec. 12, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties, which represented Loizeaux in the deal.
The three properties are next door to the Gymnastic Academy Of Boston's location at 12 Keefe Road in Acton. Gymnastic Academy Of Boston has two other locations in Cambridge and Norwood.
Loizeaux was a member of the Illinois State Gymnastic Championship Team, according to his company's website, and he was a member of the diving team at the University of New Hampshire. Gymnastic Academy Of Boston offers classes for toddlers, youths and adults.
Loizeaux did not return a call seeking comment.
The seller of the three commercial properties at 1 Keefe Road, Lenox Associates LLC, an entity owned by Daniel and Lisa Lenox of Acton, paid $330,000 for the properties in 1998. The properties are assessed at $1 million, according to the Acton Assessor’s Department,
The address of 1 Keefe Road is the home to Lenox Nursery & Garden Center, which is a family business operating since 1984 and owned by Daniel Lenox, according to the company's website.
There was no answer on Friday at the phone number for the Lenox Nursery & Garden Center.
