GVNA HealthCare in Gardner and the VNA of Southern Worcester County in Webster announced they merged on Wednesday, after the separate boards signed off on the deal.
Working under their new name, Care Central VNA & Hospice, Inc., the new organization will maintain offices in

Gardner, Greenfield, Webster and Auburn.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
GVNA President and CEO Elaine Fluet will lead the newly merged agencies. Jacklyn Fleming, executive director of the VNA of Southern Worcester County retired on Wednesday, after heading the agency for 41 years.Â
