Bankruptcy and litigation will continue to be growth areas for lawyers, according to a recent Robert Half Legal survey.
When asked which areas of law would experience the most growth over the next three months, 32 percent of lawyers said bankruptcy/foreclosure. Another 22 percent said litigation and 10 percent said labor and employment law.
Robert Half Legal, a temporary employment firm, said demand for such attorneys continues to be strong because they are not limited to specific industries or client types.
