Green Monster Games LLC, a startup online video gaming company founded by Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling, will occupy space in Maynard’s Clock Tower Place.
The firm signed a 30,000 square-foot lease for office space in a deal brokered by CB Richard Ellis/New England. The office park’s owner, Wellesley Management Corp., was represented by Chris Tosti, Robert McGuire, Robert Walles, and Matthew Flaherty, all of CB Richard Ellis/New England. Bradford Casler of Casler and Company represented the tenant, Green Monster Games LLC.
Clock Tower Place is currently home to several companies, including Monster, America Online, Lucent Technologies and Motorola.
