Vertically integrated cannabis company Green Meadows, which operates a dispensary in Southbridge, is now serving medical patients at its Mill Street facility, the company announced on Wednesday.
The dispensary already served adult-use customers.
Included with the medical rollout is a discount program for veterans, providing eligible patients with a 30% off daily discount, and a 40% off discount twice a month.
Other medical discounts will be available for new patients, financial hardship, living in Southbridge, being a student, and others.
