The Greater Worcester Community Foundation on Tuesday opened applications for the Fallon/OrNda Community Health Fund which awards $200,000 annually in grants.
Grants of $5,000 to $25,000 will be awarded to create primary care outreach, remove barriers to service, continue managed care services and support disease prevention programs. Grants will cover operational expenditures.
Applications are due online by March 31.
