Greater Good Imperial Brewing Company, fresh off of a soft opening night on Monday, has announced at least four more sneak peaks at the new brewery and taproom this week.
Guests are invited to come back Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, with open hours possible on Friday as well.
The brewery on Sunday night announced via social media that it would open for its social media followers on Monday, and it followed that announcement with another Monday night with hours for the remainder of the weekÂ
A grand opening has not yet been announced for the 10,000-square-foot taproom at 55 Millbrook St.
The taproom includes a test kitchen offering gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, snacks and soup.
Co-founder Paul Wengender could not be reached for comment.
