Granite Hill Business Park, a sprawling multi-tenant commercial and industrial building in Marlborough, has sold for $14.2 million.
The seller was Calare Properties of Hudson, a major commercial and office property owner across much of New England. The buyer was a limited liability corporation tied to Red Tower Capital of San Francisco.
The sale closed June 13.
Granite Hill Business Park at 417 South St. has roughly 145,000 square feet of space, according to CBRE, a real estate firm advertising part of the property for lease. Its tenants include the North American offices of German company BWT Pharma & Biotech, auto part supplier Autopart International, the equipment rental company Sunbelt Rentals, and the North American offices of IEP Technologies, an industrial safety protection company.
