Davis Advertising plans to relocate its operations from downtown Worcester to a new headquarters on Grafton Street near the intersection of Routes 122 and 20.
Davis is currently located at 306 Main St. It plans to move to its new offices at 1331 Grafton St. by late fall 2011.
The Grafton Street building totals 14,000 square feet and will be completely renovated over the next six months. The property also features 70 parking spaces.
Davis Advertising was founded in 1948. It is the largest advertising and marketing firm based in Central Massachusetts.
