Grafton HVAC company buys $2.3M Northborough property

The owner of Precision Heating and Cooling in South Grafton has purchased a 2.3-acre industrial property at 5 Goddard Road Northborough for $2.3 million.
The HVAC company will occupy the site, said Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties of Arlington, who represented the seller along with Bret O’Brien and James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties in Northborough.
The property was last purchased in 2020 for $300,000 by L.H. Wheeler Jr. Excavation, Inc. from New England Power Co. of Waltham.
The Town of Northborough assesses the property at $591,500.
The property abuts the 26-acre site of Saint-Gobain Research North America.
