Grafton Flea Market on sale for $2.2M

After more than 50 years of business, the family-owned Grafton Flea Market is up for sale for $2.2 million, according to a posting on Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

The listing includes three parcels along Upton Street in Grafton where the flea market has resided on 13.5 acres of land. There is a liquor-licensed restaurant space, a storage building, and parking space for at least 250 cars, the listing said.

News of the listing was first reported by Grafton Common.

The flea market opened in 1970, according to its website. It’s owner, Harry Peters, transferred the property to a corporation under his name in 1983.

The Town of Grafton assesses the three properties at 289, 296, and 293 Upton St. at $879,600.
