Worcester-based Gois Broadcasting LLC has acquired WLLH 1400 in Lowell.
WLLH is a 24-hour Latino music station. Family-owned Gois owns Latin station WORC 1310 in Worcester, Latin stations WLAT 910 and WNEZ 1230 in Hartford, Conn., and WKND 1480, an African-American station also in Hartford.
Ivon Gois, president of Gois Broadcasting, said she has several plans for WLLH and that those plans would be announced on-air.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
