Software company Globoforce has opened its new 55,000-square-foot Framingham headquarters after a move from Southborough.
The 20-year-old company moved into 200 Crossing Boulevard, where it holds 200 employees and has room for future expansion. It is near the headquarters of Staples and Bose, among other notable Framingham companies.
It was a move of only about two miles down Route 9 for Globoforce. Its previous headquarters were at 144 Turnpike Road in Southborough.
Globoforce also has headquarters in Dublin and counts 3 million employees worldwide that use its services. Its customers include JetBlue, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Procter & Gamble.
The company considered a public stock offering in 2014 but is privately owned.
