Glickman Kovago & Company in Worcester announced the sale of 394 Elm Street in Southbridge. Lebanon Hill Properties purchased the 91,500 square-foot building from J.I. Morris Company.
The site, which sits on six acres, sold for $1.675 million, with Glickman Kovago & Company agents Jeff Borus and David Cohen handling the transaction.
57,500 square-feet will be occupied by K&K Thermoforming Inc., a custom manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging. J.I. Morris Co. will lease the remaining space.
