GlassHouse Sells Turkey Business
Framingham data center company GlassHouse Technologies has completed the sale of its Turkey subsidiary to the division’s general manager, Emre Pekar.
GlassHouse acquired the Turkey business as part of its purchase of Israeli storage and backup company MBI in 2007. Two months ago, it announced plans to sell the Israeli business to Taldor Group, an IT company in that country.
The company said the moves are part of a strategy moving GlassHouse toward a focus on its core competencies.
