GFA Federal Credit Union of Gardner has named Todd Mandella as its new executive vice president and chief operating officer, the financial institution announced on Friday.
Mandella joins GFA from UniBank of Whitinsville, where he served as senior vice president and director of commercial and industrial lending, according to his LinkedIn.
He replaces Joshua Brier, who was named president and CEO of GFA in April, per his LinkedIn.
Mandella has a bachelor's and master’s degree in economics from Trinity College in Connecticut. He grew up in Worcester, which GFA said in its announcement made him particularly familiar with North Central Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.
CORRECTION: A previous version of this article spelled Todd Mandella's last name incorrectly after its first mention. It also incorrectly stated the department he oversaw at UniBank, which was commercial and industrial lending, not retail banking, sales, and marketing.
