Get back to work, at home
Stop what you're doing and go home. Or at least that's what a study by Kenexa Research Institute suggests. In a survey of more than 10,000 workers, employees that worked remotely or from home took more pride in their organization, had confidence in the company's future and recommended the company as a good place to work. The survey showed U.S. workers that have been with their company between three to five years and are between 36 and 45 years old are most likely to work outside the office. Types of professionals that work outside of the office included accountants, sales people, and real estate agents.
