Gas Prices Up Again

Massachusetts gas prices rose 7 cents this week after a 10-cent increase last week, according to AAA Southern New England.

The organization’s latest survey found the average price for a gallon of self-serve, regular gas was $3.639. That’s 88 cents more than a year ago, but 14 cents below the current national average.

The last time gas prices hit this level was in August 2008, AAA said.
