Now up 13 cents in the past month, gas prices rose 4 cents this week, according to AAA Southern New England.
According to AAA’s latest survey, the average price of self-serve, regular unleaded gasoline in Massachusetts is $3.80 per gallon. That’s 2 cents below the national average. The range in prices for the Bay State is 30 cents, from a low of $3.69 per gallon to a high of $3.99.
A year ago, the average price was $3.65.
The average price of diesel fuel rose 2 cents over the week and is now $4.07 per gallon.
