As they’ve been doing for much of the past several months, Massachusetts gas prices rose this week, an increase of three cents per gallon this time.
The average price for a gallon of self-serve regular unleaded now stands at $3.79 per gallon, according to AAA Southern New England. That’s six cents higher than a month ago and 23 cents more than a year ago. The state’s average price is still 13 cents below the national average.
