Web and graphic design services provider Agape Creative of Leominster has been acquired by InConcert Web Solutions of Gardner, InConcert announced today. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“Agape Creative enables us to continue to grow our service area in Central Massachusetts,” said Matt Ward, InConcert’s president and CEO, in a statement. Ward said Agape “is a well-respected website and graphic design firm and has built a reputation in the Leominster-Fitchburg area as a quality web design company focused on customer service.”
Ward said he expects the acquisition to boost his company’s revenue by 20 percent in 2015.
Agape Creative was launched by Michale Gallaugher in 2000.
This is InConcert’s fourth acquisition in two years, Ward said. The company also maintains a sales office in Chandler, Ariz.
