Gardner-based nonprofit RCAP Solutions has hired Jonathan Brinker as a database administrator and Jennifer Toler as a senior loan analyst.
Brinker previously worked at Advanced Career Technologies Inc. of Framingham. Before that he was the help desk center supervisor at Framingham State College.
In his new position, he will run the organization's database management systems.
He has a bachelor's degree in computer science from Framingham state.
Toler previously worked as an organizational consultant and office manager at Fall River-based microbial fuel cell company Hy-SyEnce. Before that, she was a loan officer at Worcester Community Housing Resources.
Toler will work on all aspects of RCAP's lending programs, including marketing, community outreach, database management and internal and external reporting.
Both Brinker and Toler will work from RCAP's Gardner headquarters.
